3 Best ways to rock the 80’s this season

Happy new week guys.
If you need some help with those Monday blues, add some 80’s vibes to your outfit.
The 80’s are well known for female empowering and color but also a few scary fashion trends such as shoulder pads, oversized blazers and shinny materials. Luckily, most of the trends that have found their way back into fashion are toned-down versions of the original.
Scroll to see the most wearable 80’s trends to style in 2019 and how to do it.

Play with patterns and silhouette:
When I think about the 80’s the first thing that comes to mind is the powerful silhouette with big shoulders and cinched waist.
That’s why this dress screams 80’s, and you can also go for a strong pattern to keep the vibe even more evident.
This dress is very versatile, it can also be worn as a blazer to work.

Big black tulle:
Black tulle is everywhere this season and I love it. You can do it more softly on little details such as sleeves or you can go all out with a tulle dress like mine.
This dress reminds me of something the early 80’s Madonna would wear. Added my cross earrings and a belt with punk acccents to go for the Madonna look and I felt so powerful in it.

Organza:
I asked you guys on Instagram if you are fans of organza or not and found out quite a few of you aren’t or never tried. I was like you a few months ago but I changed my mind when I first put on some organza oversized sleeves, it’s such an easy way to add a lot more of interest to your plain outfit.
